I have a photo I would like you to work on.  What is the process?

There are several ways to send us your photo.  If it is in digital format you can either email the photo to robby@rdcphotos.com or use our online image submission form found here.  Be sure to include what you would like done to the photo.  Your photo will be evaluated and you will receive a quote via email.  Once you agree with the price we will proceed with the work.   Once the photo is complete you will receive a proof via email.  You will not be charged until you are happy with the proof.  After your approval and payment the high-res digital image will be sent.

Thats great, but I don't have my photo in digital format.

No problem.  You have several options.   RDCPhotos has on site a high end scanner.  Send us your photo and we can ensure a high quality scan.  If you are not comfortable sending your photo though the mail check you local area for such service.  Places such as Kinko's usually offer scanning services.  Note that scan quality can be different from place to place.

I have a scanner, can I scan them?


Sure.  Please set you scanner to as least 300 dpi and on it's highest quality setting.  Save the image as a TIFF if your software will allow.  If TIFF is not available use JPG format set at it's highest quality setting.  Once you have it on your computer send it to us using the process above.  Please let us know that you scanned the image.  We will be sure the scan is OK before proceeding.

I have a slow Internet connection.  Can I U.S. Mail them to you?

Of course.  Be sure to include what you would like done to the photo along with your name and email address.  We recommend CD-ROM disks.  Place them in a CD Mailer that can be purchased at any office supply store and send them to:

How long does it take to fix a photo?

That all depends.  After you submit a photo to us you should receive a quote within 2-3 days.  Once you agree to the quote you should have a proof within one week.  If you are also purchasing paper prints of your repaired photo expect an additional week for processing.  If you at any time you would like to know the status just send us an email.  We will let you know where your photo is in the process.
