I have a photo I would like fixed, How Does the process work?

First, send us the photo by using our submission form or via E-Mail.  We will evaluate the photo and provide a free estimate.  Once you agree to have the service done, we will fix your photo and provide a proof.  You will evaluate the proof and provide any feed back if needed.  Once you are happy the end product will be provided to you.

I don't have a scanner, can you scan my Photo for me?  Absolutely.  If you live in the Fredericksburg, VA area we will provide pick up and delivery service at no cost.  If you are outside of our delivery area please contact us for instructions on safely mailing us your photo.

Can you remove a company's watermarks from a photo?  Unfortunately no.  This may violate someone trademark. 

Do your photos come with a watermark?  When we send you a proof, that will contain a watermark.  The final photo will not contain any watermarkings.  Once you receive the final photo, it is your to do what ever you want, such as make copies, etc.

I have a photo but I'm concerned about mailing it.  What can I do?  Take the photo to a local photo shop and have them scan it for you.  Be sure they scan the image at a minimum of 300 dpi.

After you fix my digital photo, what do you give me?  After we fix your photos you will be provided all digital files we create.  This includes our Photoshop project file.  If you ordered prints, they will be sent directly to you.

If I am not happy with your proof, do I have to pay?  Absolutely not!  If we attempt to fix a photo, and you are not satisfied, we will continue to work on it until you are happy.  If, for some reason, we can't get a photo to your satisfaction, you will not be charged one penny.
